We booked it through a website, Weekendesk, which offered a dinner and breakfast buffet. Dinner consisted of a cold ham and cheese sandwich, a banana, and a soft drink. When we complained, they gave us a salad, but nothing special. We had to go downstairs to pick up dinner and eat it in our room, sitting on the bed, as there was only a desk and a chair. The spa, as promised, has seen better days; the facilities didn't work properly; some are awaiting repair, but when the jacuzzi was working, it was the sauna that was broken, and nothing worked at the same time. We tried to get our money back, considering that the Weekendesk ad offered dinner, breakfast, and a spa, but the Hotel Executive Sport Restaurant, which it doesn't have, flatly refused to refund us. This hotel is located in a remote industrial area, a 10-minute drive from Totana, which we already knew, but the photos of the spa and the possibility of dining at the hotel after hiking around the area all day and arriving tired, made us think it was a good idea. This is my personal experience. I feel cheated and they ruined my 3-day vacation. The worst thing isn't the money, it's the feeling that you've been the victim of fraud, of deception, and on top of that, they ruined your vacation.
